Do you do customs?

Unfortunately, I do not offer custom orders at this time.

Why doesn't my code work?

All codes expire within 12 months. If your code isn't expired please double check the spelling. If you believe you are inputting correctly please email hellomarsandzo@gmail.com for assistance!

Where is my order? 

If you've purchased a ready to ship (RTS) item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling BEFORE your order is shipped. If a RTS item is ordered with preorder items, everything will ship together once preordered items are ready!

If you've ordered an item through a preorder please refer to the listing for the stated turn around time. If it has been longer than the stated turn around time please email me at hellomarsandzo@gmail.com.

You will receive an email once your item has shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email hellomarsandzo@gmail.com.

Returns, order cancellations refunds & exchanges.

Your order may not be canceled, for any reason, once received by Mars + Zo. We do not accept returns unless we are at fault (ie, we mailed the wrong item, sent a damaged item, etc.). Should you need to exchange an item, please email us. You will be responsible for return shipping. If there is an issue with your order after receipt please email hellomarsandzo@gmail.com so we can make it right!
